The purpose of this policy is to inform you of your rights, the data controller and the recipients of your data.

The data entered in the form is used to answer your questions, comments and any request you submit to us: quote request, information about a product or application, certificate request or job application.

The information collected is: your name, e-mail address, phone number and company (if provided), the product or application concerned, the packaging and quantities envisaged, and your message. Your IP address is also recorded in order to prevent abusive submissions.

This data is intended for the BALTIMAR sales, technical, quality or human resources teams concerned by your request. It may be passed to the technical provider in charge of hosting and maintaining the website. It is kept for as long as necessary to process your request.

In accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, which you can exercise by e-mail or through the contact form.
